I want to say how much we enjoyed our stay last week. Thank you for all
your help. The apartment was absoluetly lovely and so spacious! The six of
us had plenty of room and it was fantastic to use the terrace and pool in
the hot weather. And the location of the apartment right in the middle of
the beautiful old town of Avignon was so convenient for us to walk to the
shops and the tourist attractions. We loved it so much that we would really
like to come again sometime. Meanwhile, we shall certainly recommend your
apartment to people we meet.

My sincere apologies for taking so long to write this to you. Please feel free to use the following when renting your apartments:

We have enjoyed this wonderful apartment for the last four years, so much so that we consider it almost a second home! It is an easy place in which to be comfortable, with plenty of space and all the amenities we want, including air conditioning for the occasional hot afternoon. Light and airy, we linger over morning coffee in the kitchen and over evening meals on the terrace. What pleases us most are the views - the town, the Luberon and Mt. Ventoux from the terrace, and the Palace of the Popes from the living room. The central location in a pedestrian-only area makes all of Avignon easily accessible - and, from Avignon, all of Provence is within easy day trips. We will return again and, as you can tell, we recommend Chez Patrick very highly!

For the last three years, we have watched the owner, Patrick Janin, creating this wonderful apartment in the top floor of an ancient building in Avignon. His imagination and skill have brought about a unique place, easy and comfortable, with plenty of rooms and spaces for a large family or two small ones. The decor is a combination of new and old, with walls of huge sandstone blocks and antique furniture set off by modern kitchen and bathrooms. Tall ceilings and large windows create an airy feeling inside and the terrace with its spa promises hours of enjoyment on warm afternoons. The location is excellent, very central to the old city of Avignon and, from there, to all of Provence. It is sure to provide memorable holidays to all who come here!

We had a smooth trip back home and try now to get used to our lives in Germany again (not easy after that wonderful time in your beautiful apartment).Let me just tell you in a few words how much we enjoyed our
stay in Avignon.

Over the course of the last years, We've seen many vacation homes. None of them even came close to your apartment in the Theatre des Corps Saints. You found exactly the right mixture between antiques and modern
equipment. Very stylish, very spacious, very comfortable. It was much better than we expected -and in fact, much better than anyone could reasonably expect. As we live in a small village, we were a little bit anxious about the noise of a big city. We wouldn't have needed to be. The apartment was very calm. Like an island of silence in a sea of rushing traffic and honking cars. We really appreciated that everything was within walking distance. We liked the picturesque triangular place des corps saints with its fountain next to the house and the view of the cloister on the other side of the street. And we loved
the terrace! Even when the Mistral was blowing real hard and made people in the streets put on their coats, we could sunbathe and skinny dip in the Jacuzzi in perfect privacy and with no wind at all. It was like a second honeymoon. Finally, let me tell you that we really enjoyed your company and your efforts to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We hadn't intended to stay more than one week, and still, when we left after almost two, we
only did because we had to go back to work. We hope, however, to come back as soon as possible.

there is plenty to do and see. It is also a good base for
exploring
Provence. We particularly enjoyed our trips to the villages
of the Luberon
and Uzes. The apartment is very close to the shopping
centre and Les Halles,
which were a constant joy with their wide choice of first
class produce and
helpful stall-holders.

The apartment is very well-equipped and gave us everything
we needed. You
have obviously taken great care with furnishings. We look

returning when you think it is warm enough to use the
jacuzzi!
